SPHAIR finds young Swiss military pilots parascouts.

SPHAIR's mission is to capture talented young people to train as commercial pilots and pararescuemen and women, and to assess their aptitude so that they can later join the Air Force, Army or general aviation. We are looking for talented people who are willing to go beyond their own limits.

Our task is to inspire 17- to 22-year-old Swiss men and women to become military pilots and 16- to 19-year-olds to become parascouts, and to assess their abilities for such a career.

Experts from civil and military aviation examine the candidates in a multi-stage process and prepare them for practice. The SPHAIR certificate is a seal of quality for the talent and commitment of the candidates. It is the ticket for the professional leap into the third dimension.

We enable young people to make the leap into the third dimension: To this end, we seek out talented individuals, professionally assess their potential, realistically demonstrate what it means to take the challenging path, and prepare them for it.

At the AIR 2030 booth, pilots from the Swiss Air Force will be available to answer questions about becoming a military pilot. They will be happy to provide information on entering the cockpit with SPHAIR, the SPHAIR pilot internship, military selection and training.
